Dear Resident Here is an update regarding Acquisitive Crime which occurred in the Hyson Green Police beat area during the month of September.
Burglaries residential = 1 14/09 Glenstone Court – Male suspect has entered premises and stolen a safe belonging to an occupant.
Robbery = 1 16/09 Forest Fields – At 7:50pm, male on e-bike has grabbed a satchel/gym bag containing mobile phone out of victim's hand and rode off.
Criminal damage = 7 16/09 Darley Avenue – Vehicle damage believed to have been caused by neighbourhood children riding their bikes. 08/09 Bobbers Mill Road – Domestic incident involving a mobile phone being smashed. 09/09 Plantation Side – Incident involving suspect causing damage to a lock to a unit. 11/09 Belvedere Avenue – Suspects have thrown a traffic sign, a phone and Rambo knife through the front ground floor window of property causing damage. 17/09 Gregory Boulevard – Suspect has attempted smashing the windows to property. 25/09 Randal Gardens – Incident involving suspect causing damage to mirror and TV. 28/09 Craven Road – 15 eggs thrown at a property causing damage.
Theft of motor vehicle = 3 13/09 Aberford Avenue – Warrant executed for conspiracy to steal motor vehicle, theft of and handling of stolen vehicles and vehicle parts occurring within Nottingham and the surrounding areas. 20/09 Gregory Boulevard – Theft of motor vehicle, was later found crashed and has been recovered since. 22/09 Nuthall Road – Theft of moped, stolen from McDonalds.
Theft from vehicle = 7 01/09 Cyril Avenue – Overnight several personal belongings were stolen from vehicle including money and dash camera. 04/09 Hazelwood Road – Vehicle was locked parked outside home address, no sign of forced entry. Wallet containing money, driving licences and bank card stolen from within. Card has been attempted to be used but declined by the bank. 07/09 Roseby Avenue – Vehicle broken into and wallet containing money and bank cards stolen from within. Bank cards have been used. 08/09 Nuthall Road – Theft of trade numberplate. 25/09 Chadwick Road – Vehicle broken into and money, taxi badge and card reader stolen from within. 29/09 Chadwick Road – Money stolen from within 29/09 Bobbers Mill Road – Money stolen from within.
Cycle Theft = 0 Shop Theft = 1 report of attempt shop theft of items at Asda but was stopped by security.

With the community feedback received, I have now included Robbery, Cycle Theft and Shop Theft in the monthly crime reports.
